Press-cake shape material is extruded into bars and laid regularly on the delivery mesh-band, and the band is drawn into the drying chamber by driving motor. Air circulation blower fan send the air into the heater, and the hot air is blown up vertically through the material bars on the mesh-band from the hot air distribution plates. The water content inside the material is evaporated which causes higher air humidity and lower temperature inside the chamber. Part of the wet air is driven out of the chamber by blower fans. To dry uniformly the material, hot air is blown up through the mesh-band and then blown back downwards by the blower fans. After being cooled at the cooling section, the final dried product is discharged at the material outlet.
