brief introduction:
Yongkang Pan was born in April 1942 at Jiaxing, Zhejiang provience. He has been engaging into teaching and the research projects. He is currently a professor at Tianjin Institute of Light Industry, where he teaches both undergraduate courses, such as ¡¶Chemical Engineering?¡¶Chemical Machinery and Equipment?¡¶Drying Technology¡·and graduate courses, such as ¡¶Drying Theory and Apparatus?¡¶Physical Principles of Food Preservation? From 1988 to 1989, as a visiting scientist, he went to McGill university of Canada to engage into the research project of drying theory and new-type drying equipment, cooperating with Professor A.S.Mujumdar, permanent president of international drying meeting and Doctor T.Kudra. Since 1997, he has been cooperating with C.Strumillo, an academician of the Polish Academy of sciences to do the research on dewatering technology of biology materials.He has published over 50 articles on publication at home and abroad.
